Berlin, certainly one of best bigger cities to go bouldering in Germany, or better say buildering. Most outside spots are made of concrete that representing astonishing kinds of problems. Crags include bunkers Ludwigsfelde, Boulderbrücken in Karlshorst. If you still prefer naked stone, you can check out Markgrafensteine, south-east of Berlin.
As the best central outdoor boulder area I recommend the Volkspark training grounds with a big variety of different well-shaped problems a lot of traverses, quite a few dynos and a small roof.
